How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on the product. In order to avoid unnecessary waste, we don’t have a stock, instead our products are made by demand, one by one. This means that once you place the order, your product will go through printing, sorting, quality control, packaging and shipping. This whole process can take from two weeks up to a month. Shirts and prints are faster, while the bikinis are slower because they are hand sewn. Once your order has been shipped you’ll be notified by email.

How long after I sent a form will I get an answer?

We try to answer everyone within three days, but it can take up to a week for you to get an answer from us. We are a small business and we do our best to reply to you as fast as possible!

How can I get a tattoo appointment?

Can I get a return or a refund for an item?

At this moment we cannot offer returns based on sizing issues or customer regret. The only valid reason for a refund or a return is if the item is clearly defective. We must be given proof of faultiness through images taken on the day the order arrives.
